Terms of Service

Last updated July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BeingSaid (“the Service”), operated by BeingSaid (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BeingSaid lets you submit text, automatically extracts concepts from it, and searches the web for related results on your behalf. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account, and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of any text you submit. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to submit it, and for not submitting anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious. We use your submitted text to run the Service’s core functionality — concept extraction and search — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Some use of the Service requires purchasing search blocks through our payment processor, Stripe. Purchases are final; if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to violate any law, to abuse or overload our systems, or to attempt to access another user’s data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Search results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
